Ink, charcoal, washes, pen
Gestural and emotive art that tells a story is how I would describe this collection of pieces. Although I have many styles, it is this one that can be found adorning the walls of the dwellings of many. While in university for fine art, I came to many realizations. My left hand (non-dominant) was fresh and untrained so it could therefore make marks much more fluidly than my right hand (dominant). I realized figures and faces were unlimitedly interesting to not only myself, but also others.  I also learned that for me, art is a feeling that I get when I look at something. This is a collection of pieces (many done left handed) that evoke a specific mood for me upon viewing them. When I look at fine art, the rest of my senses go quiet and I feel like I can hear the piece I am looking at.
